GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY OF GRANDPARENTS
On June 1, my family started planning a surprise for my grandmother and grandfather. My Cousins, Aunts and uncles live in Bulacan, and since not all of us are there my grandparents thought that whole family would not be able to come. That is why we decide to surprise them. those of who already here pretended that we did not know anything we about the plan. Before surprising them, our family also made a video for them.
From June 2 to 4, we prepared for the celebration of their anniversary. Then, on June 5, my cousins, aunts, and uncles arrived. However, they did not go directly to the house. They waited because my grandparents were going to church, and that was where we planned to surprise them.
When some of us left with my grandparents, my cousins, aunts, and uncles arrived. (I even stayed behind for a while because I had some activities to finish, hahaha, but I followed them to the church afterward.) When we arrived at the church, my grandparents were seated in the front. Slowly, the rest of the family approached and sat down. Once everyone was seated, there was some noise behind them. My grandparents turned around and were completely surprised. They were so happy, of course.
When the priest arrived, he blessed and celebrated their golden anniversary. After the ceremony, we went home and shared a meal together as a family.
